Restaurant el Cid opened its doors in Pilsen in 2003 with a clear vision – to bring the unique flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean to the Czech Republic. From the very beginning, we focused on combining traditional Mediterranean cuisine with first-class ingredients and a unique atmosphere that will transport our guests to the sunny regions of Spain, Italy, Greece

and other Mediterranean countries.
